Join us for Ananda Sadhana,

Online guided meditation sessions based on the Path of Kriya Yoga as shared by Paramhansa Yogananda (Author of Autobiography of a Yogi). Sessions include Energization Exercises, Ananda Yoga, Chanting, Meditation and Healing Prayers.

When: Every Morning 5:00am-6:30am.

Why: Meditating Everyday in the morning will inspire your current practice. Vibrations of group meditation would help you go deeper. Guided meditation is best for beginners. No prior experience of Meditation needed. Everyone is welcome.
