Ananda Yoga combines the best of a revitalizing workout with a gentle inward approach that leaves you feeling mentally rejuvenated and peaceful. In this special class, we will practice asanas and prayanaya that energizes and revitalizes your body and mind. No prior experience of yoga is required. Come in comfortable clothes. Fee: Rs.250 for drop-in, or 10-class pass is available at Rs.2,000.
