About the Teacher:

Dr. Aditya Kumar Gait is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, has 10 years experience of teaching in Europe, India, US and Singapore. He is an art enthusiast. He has conducted many corporate workshops on work-life balance, leadership, stress management and enhancing health for global industry leaders such as Tata, Infosys, Infosys, Amdocs, Apollo Hospitals, Medline, Sandvik etc. Dr. Aditya is the Spiritual Director of Ananda Sangha, Pune City.
