Let’s spend Independence Day morning diving deep into achieving our own ‘true freedom’. In the first part of the morning, we’ll enjoy Yogananda’s Energisation Exercises, a session of Ananda Yoga to free body and mind, devotional chanting, and meditation, followed by snacks. The second part of the morning will include a class by Asha Nayaswami on “Achieving True Freedom.”
