Kriya Yoga is an ancient science which was given by Sri Krishna to Arjuna on the battle field of Kurukshetra. Kriya Yoga is refereed in the Bhagavad Gita by Sri Krishna as “Offering the inhaling breath into the outgoing breath and offering the outgoing breath into the inhaling breath”.
Kriya yoga helps to neutralise the emotional reactive process to a state of inner balance.
Experience the importance of the breath/mind connection and the power of the focused mind. This course offers techniques that are part of the path of Kriya Yoga, including Hong Sau technique of concentration.
There are also many simple practical suggestions, such as how to sit comfortably for meditation, how to still the restless mind, and how to take experiences of peace and joy into daily life.
