Raja Yoga is a scientific approach to the spiritual life, with techniques for stilling the mind and expanding our awareness of spiritual realities. This eight-class series focuses on integrating yogic teachings into daily life.

Learn a practical and experiential approach to meditation, yoga philosophy, energisation exercises, yoga postures, breathing exercises, affirmations, diet and healing techniques.
