Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation technique, mentioned by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras and by Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita.

The practice of Kriya Yoga changes a person from inside. The Kriya technique was hidden in secrecy for many centuries, until it was revived in 1861.

This year marks 100 years since Paramhansa Yogananda went to the United States. Kriya Yoga came to be known to the world particularly through his book, Autobiography of a Yogi, and through his public teaching in the West.


Kriya, controlling the mind directly through the life force, is the easiest, most effective, and most scientific avenue of approach to the Infinite.
