We often put too much attention on the cure of bodily and material suffering, while it is mental and spiritual inharmony that is responsible for such suffering.
To help us overcome our negative mental tendencies and habits, which limit us physically, materially and mentally, Paramhansa Yogananda wrote the affirmation for psychological success. Practising this affirmation will free our mind from mental troubles of fear, despair, worry, anger, or lack of self-control, and fill it with poise and joy.
Let’s get together as a group for 20 minutes to practice this affirmation.
There will be a brief talk and meditation followed by group affirmation.
We will meet on five consecutive Sundays till Yogananda’s Mahasanadhi Anniversary on Sunday, 7 March.
