Meditation is the practice that induces a mode of consciousness. It is one of the most important skill to make you calmer and happier.

“The peace of your soul awaits you at the center of your own being”, said the founder of Ananda, Swami Kriyananda. You can discover and achieve this peace with meditation.

In the sequence of classes, you get the help to prepare yourself for Kriya Yoga initiation. Our meditation practices are based on the ideologies and teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda taught by his disciple, Swami Kriyananda. Our nonsectarian practices provide the practical solutions to the modern life problems.

The Kriya Yoga Technique:
Once the student has completed all the levels and upon approval by an Ananda Kriyacharya, one can take initiation. The technique is given in an initiation ceremony.
A Kriya technique review, checking, and question and answer session is held after the initiation for the Kriyabans (one who receives Kriya Initiation). Continued support is provided through individual guidance by phone, e-mail or in person, as well as through guided Kriya meditations and retreats.
