Energy blocks hamper our meditation efforts and also bring difficulties in living our life to true potential. In this class, we start with revisiting the foundational technique for the Kriya practice – the Even Count Breathing, which helps quiet our restless minds. We will also learn and practice a few pranayamas and other techniques which will help remove the energy blocks and get the energy moving in the right direction – inward and upward. All are welcome.
